🎨 Artistic & Material Considerations
Every Venado de Noche piece is created entirely by hand. Rather than being exact replicas, my sculptures and portraits are artistic interpretations inspired by your beloved companion. My goal is to capture their personality, expression, and the little details that make them uniquely yours, while staying true to my own artistic style. Please keep the following in mind before placing your order:
Every piece is handmade from natural wool using the needle felting technique. Because of this, no two creations are ever exactly alike, and perfect symmetry or identical replication is neither intended nor guaranteed.
I carefully study all the reference photos you provide. Whenever possible, I combine information from multiple images to understand your pet's markings, proportions, and personality. However, the final pose and overall composition are based on the selected references and cannot be significantly changed once the creation process has begun.
Wool has its own texture and characteristics, which differ from real fur. Certain coat textures, shine, or extremely fine details cannot be reproduced exactly.
Colors are matched as closely as possible, but slight variations may occur due to the natural properties of wool and differences in how colors appear on screens.
Smaller sculptures and portraits naturally allow for fewer tiny details than larger pieces.
Your feedback is always welcome. Minor adjustments may be possible during the review stage, but requests that require substantial redesign or changes to the pose, composition, or overall concept may not be possible once work has progressed.

💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Returns & Cancellations
Your satisfaction means a great deal to us. If you have any concerns about your replica, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
Because each piece is handmade specifically for your pet and requires many hours of personalized work, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
However, if your replica arrives and you feel that small adjustments are needed, please reach out to us. In many cases, modifications can be made. The replica may need to be shipped back to our studio at the customer's expense, and any applicable modification fees will be discussed beforehand.
Thank you for supporting handmade art and the time, care, and craftsmanship that go into every creation.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to reserve your spot in our queue and begin planning your custom replica. If you need to cancel before work has started, we will refund any amount paid except for the 20% deposit. Once the creation process starts, cancellations and refunds are no longer available, as each piece is made specifically for your pet and involves many hours of handcrafted work. We appreciate your understanding and support of the handmade process.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes once production planning has begun. For the best chance of making adjustments, we recommend reaching out within 24 hours of placing your order.
📦 Shipping Policy
Once your replica is completed, carefully packaged, and ready to leave our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
📜 General Terms & Policies
Every replica is individually handcrafted using wool and other carefully selected materials in Venado de Noche's signature artistic style. Slight variations in shape, color, texture, and proportion are a natural part of the artistic process. The final piece is an artistic interpretation and not an exact photographic reproduction. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the handmade and artistic nature of the work.
The quality of the final replica depends largely on the quality of the reference photos provided. Customers are encouraged to submit clear, well-lit images. Venado de Noche is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from limited, low-quality, heavily edited, or unclear reference photos.
Current production times are estimated at approximately 1–2 months (3 months for oil portraits), although timelines may vary depending on order queue, project complexity, holidays, or supplier delays. Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to reserve a place in the production queue. Once work on a replica has started, cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks are not accepted, as time, materials, and labor have already been invested in the creation process.
Before shipping, customers will receive photographs of the completed replica for review. Minor adjustments may be requested when reasonably possible. Requests that require substantial redesign or reconstruction may incur additional fees. Final artistic decisions remain at the discretion of Venado de Noche.
If a package is lost or arrives significantly damaged during transit, customers should contact Venado de Noche within 7 days of delivery. Each situation will be reviewed individually to determine the most appropriate solution.
By placing an order, customers grant Venado de Noche permission to photograph, display, publish, and share images of completed replicas for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes. Reference photos voluntarily provided may be displayed alongside the finished replica to demonstrate the artistic process. Personal information will never be shared without consent.
